Since its founding in 1988, North Point Builders has developed a vast resume of experience. Projects range from new construction and renovation of government facilities to hospitals, medical centers, churches and community centers. Our projects serve as the heart of their communities.

Ken Wingate, North Point Builders founder, is an active participant in the company’s daily operations serving in the role of President. Ken started his company with the desire to be a leader in maintaining the quality of construction in the Baltimore metro region where he has spent his entire life. Ken knows he couldn’t do it alone, so he brought in the industry’s best to be a part of his winning team.
