- July 2011 - North Point Builders awarded construction of a 2-story classroom addition for Oakdale Elementary School in Frederick County, MD
- June 2011 - North Point Builders completes work on North Laurel Community Center in Howard County, MD and the County's ribbon cutting ceremony was a great success
- May 2011 – North Point awarded construction of new Savage Fire Station
