Since 1988, our company has specialized in general contracting, construction management, pre-construction consulting and design-build services. We've been successful because we work with the best people in the industry, we treat our employees and our customers well and we know what questions to ask going in.

We're not all that big on talking about ourselves; we prefer to let our work do the talking. But we also believe this: more information makes for better decision-making. For you and for us.

Ken Wingate, North Point's President and owner, plays a significant role in every project. Throughout his career Ken has been at the center of some of Baltimore's most significant projects, such as the Baltimore Convention Center and the Baltimore City Hall Renovation. Ken brings deep industry experience and knowledge to the table to help ensure the success of every project.

Collaboration

Our view is that the best results - the highest possible quality - emerge from a collaborative process where we are involved at the beginning of the project with the architect and the owners. When we can be part of the process from the very beginning, everyone wins.
