Project included the complete renovation of 20, 000- Sf Maintenance and office area of an existing Building  and the construction of a refueling Station for Howard County Dept. of Public Works vehicles. Photos show gas tanks being delivered. completion - Q2 2008.

The Marshy Point Nature Center is one of the newest facilities of the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks. The building provides an exhibit hall, an auditorium for audio-visual presentations, outdoor decks with picnic tables and a staff workroom. Trails are being developed and canoes are available to explore the coastal forests, marshes and shallow waters of Dundee and Saltpeter Creeks. Completed - Q1 2008.
