North Point Builders renovated 60 patient rooms, nurses Stations, Multipurpose rooms in the Duloggin Tower of the Keswick Multicare facility loacted in Baltimore Maryland.

THe project involved renovation os a complete floor of the complex and was performed in an well executed phased schedule so that the facility remained completely operational during the entire Project.

North Point Builders created a new space to be used by CArdic arrest survivors to rehab back to normal levels of exercise and fitness. NPB demolished the existing 3,000 Sf spavce and reconstructd new walls, Nurses Complex, Works out rooms , Isolation Rooms

North Point Builders created a new DEntal Hygiene lab and teaching facility for the Community College of Baltimore  County. The new facility was created by combining two seprated buildings into one and making the entire 12,00 SF facility under one roof. The new facility included new High Tech Dental Equipment, x-ray room ,computer labs, reception area, examine rooms and class room support areas. The project was a special achievement to the school administration. The constructrion was completed on time.
