North Point completed the demolition of this former mental health facility on the campus of UMBC. Completed - Q3 2007.

The Community College of Baltimore County is creating a new Dental Assistant Teaching program at its Dundalk Campus. North Point Builders, Inc. was selected to create the new 16,000 SF teaching facility. The facility has been created by combining two existing building spaces and enclosing a courtyard to provide adequeate floor space for the the 15 dental chair teaching areas complete with all water, air and other modern dental equipment including a new at chair computer system to monitor patient details.

North Point Builders created a new DEntal Hygiene lab and teaching facility for the Community College of Baltimore  County. The new facility was created by combining two seprated buildings into one and making the entire 12,00 SF facility under one roof. The new facility included new High Tech Dental Equipment, x-ray room ,computer labs, reception area, examine rooms and class room support areas. The project was a special achievement to the school administration. The constructrion was completed on time.
