Construction Manager for a new 50,000 SF Community in Western Howard County. Included a 16,000 SF gymnasium, day care center, adult and senior center facility, a full kitchen and dining facility, police station and multiple activity spaces. Provided budget development; involvement with design team to develop schematic, design and construction drawings; monitoring and analysis of construction schedule; preparation of monthly requisitions; schedule and facilitate progress meetings; preparation and distribution of meeting minutes; maintenance of master documents and as-built drawings; communications management between Owner, Design Engineer and Contractor; assisting Owner with community relations; design management; and project closeout. A Green Building, and is anticipated to receive a LEED Silver Certification upon approval.
