Jacksonville Community Center

North Point Builders is constucting the new 24,000 SF Community Center for Baltimore County in Jacksonville, Maryland. The facility will provide new playing fields, playground, A community Service Building housin a Gym, Parks and Recs multipurpose area and A Senior Center portion containing offices, crafts room,kiln Room, work out space ,a mutlipurpose room and commercial kitchen.

The main structure is Pre Engineered Metal as maunfactured by Butler Building Manufacturing. The building will have Masonry Skin with Insulated metal panels on the rear elevation.

The project is going to be a LEED Certified project with possible Silver level certification.
