North Point Builders, Inc is serving as Construction Manager for Howard County, Maryland to construct the 63,000 Sf New Community Center located in North Laurel. This new multi serivce facility is situated on a 45 acre wooded site requiring new infra structure , road construction , Storm water management and Wet Land Midigation.

NPB has provide all preconstruction services, bidding assistance, scheduling ,and on site construction management and inspection.
