North Point Builders is constructing a 15,000 Sf addition to the Winchester Elementary School in Westminster, Maryland for the Carroll County Public School Board. This project constructed of Masonry bearing walls with steel roofing system will provide new classrooms, science labs, prep rooms, and a new elevator to provide ADA access to the second floor.
