Restoration of historic church building into offices for Harford County.  Building is a National Registered Historic Landmark Structure. Interior work involved complete demolition and reconstruction of walls and finishes, new elevator construction, new floor construction, new mechanical and electrical systems.  Exterior renovation included new windows, complete re-pointing and restoration of brick, repair of slate roof, restoration of church steeple area, new site work and landscaping.
