Restoration of two historical buildings into a museum and learning center. Buildings now house exhibit spaces, a gift shop, restrooms, and offices for Annapolis History Foundation. A National Registered Historic Landmark Structure. Interior work included complete demolition and reconstruction of walls and finishes, new elevator construction, new floor construction, new mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior renovation included new windows, complete re-pointing and restoration of brick, repair of slate roof. Modernization of interior was coupled with restoration of the historic character of exterior.
