A competitively bid Design/Build project for Baltimore County DPW of Maryland.  It involved the design and construction of a new 10,000 SF metal skinned Pre-Engineered Helicopter hanger.  The project involved complete site development including site work, utilities, public utility connections, concrete paving and grading, building construction, and building commissioning.  The airport remained in full operation during the construction process.
