Jacksonville Community Center

North Point Builders constucted the new 24,000 SF Community Center for Baltimore County in Jacksonville, Maryland. The facility provides new playing fields, playground, Community Service Building housing a Gym, Parks and Recs multipurpose area and A Senior Center portion containing offices, crafts room, kiln room, work-out space, mutlipurpose room and commercial kitchen.

The Pre-engineered Metal main structure was maunfactured by Butler Building Manufacturing. The building has a masonry skin with insulated metal panels on the rear elevation.

The project is going to be a LEED Certified project with possible Silver level certification.
