North Laurel Community Center

North Point Builders, Inc. is serving as Construction Manager for Howard County, Maryland, in constructing the 63,000 SF new Community Center. NPBI provided all pre-construction services, bidding assistance, scheduling, and on-site construction management and inspection. This new multi-service facility is situated on a 45-acre previously wooded site, located in North Laurel.  Site work included new infrastructure, road construction, storm water management and wet land mitigation.
