Interior renovation of multi-level health club, open 24/7 and used by thousands of patrons every day. Club was operating during the eight-month project, with only a four-week shut down to construct multiple task work. In many cases North Point Builders worked next to the general public. Included were new floor infills, ADA upgrades with auto-door systems, new elevator installation in the heart of the building, new mechanical systems, complete new fire alarm system, new fire water service to the building, new sprinkler design/build system, sports flooring, storefront work and a host of various finishes. A new canopy entry was also constructed in phased manner to allow access to the building through alternating entrances.
