William Winchester Elementary School

North Point Builders constructed a 15,000 SF addition to the William Winchester Elementary School in Westminster, Maryland for the Carroll County Public School Board. This masonry bearing walls with steel roofing system project provides new classrooms, science labs, prep rooms, and a new elevator to provide ADA access to the second floor.
