The Supreme Sports Club is a part of the Columbia Association's overall system to provide recreation and related services to the residents and members of the Association. The 25,000 SF facility was originally constructed as a Racquet Ball facility in the late 1970's. The original Racquet Ball facility has, over the years, been slowly converted to a work out and exercise area to keep up with modern needs of its clients. The complex has added a pool, gym, and ice rink to the facility. This club is open 24/7 and is used by thousands of patrons every day. The project was phased to work throughout the club while it remained completely occupied except where localized construction activities were taking place. In many cases, construction was performed right next to the general public. The project was performed over eight months with a four week shut down to construct multiple task work.
