PROJECT DESCRIPTION //

Work involved restoration of two historical buildings into a museum and learning center. The buildings now house exhibit spaces, a gift shop, restrooms, and offices for Annapolis History Foundation. The Building is a National Registered Historic Landmark Structure. Interior work involves complete demolition and reconstruction of walls and finishes, new elevator construction, new floor construction, new mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior renovation includes new windows, complete re-pointing and restoration of brick, repair of slate roof. Modernization of interior is being coupled with restoration of historic character of exterior.
